Project Overview
I curated a custom look for the groom on his wedding day in June of 2021. The goal for this look was to create a timeless tuxedo with a modern approach. Matthew came to me because we’ve been friends for years and he told me, “he wanted to look the best, so he came to the best.” Tuxedos can become basic often times at formal events, so it was up to me to build a look from start to finish that would garner looks from every guest and anyone that would ever look at photos afterward.

Results
The result was a very sleek and clean cut tuxedo with a bib satin lapel. The suit was customized and made precisely for matts dimensions and measurements. I worked with Damari Savile, a custom clothier based in Philadelphia, PA. Matt had customized options such as button selection, lapel type, formal treatments for the pant and more. We paired the tuxedo with a leather tasseled loafer, and an oversized bowtie which completed the look. It was fun to start from scratch and watch the look come to life on Matt’s most important day of his life.
